ZA Clothes does not offer returns on any products. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
An exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.
The item(s) received are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product(s) received are different from the original order.
The package is missing items such as tags, labels, or original packaging.

Once we receive the item, our team will review the claim. If the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of equal value as per the invoice and ship it with the customer’s next order.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges related to exchanges.
Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be accepted.
ZA Clothes uses M&P, Trax, Ahl, BlueEx, and Swft Logistics for order deliveries.
❌ Parcels cannot be opened before payment. If a parcel is opened without informing ZA Clothes at delivery, the customer will still be responsible for full payment.
ZA Clothes does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
Customers paying via Credit/Debit Card may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Instead of a refund, a coupon of equal value will be issued, valid for 20 days.
ZA Clothes reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons such as:
Item out of stock
Pricing errors
Declined Credit/Debit Card payment

ZA Clothes ensures that all product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to:
Extra embellishments used during shoots
Lighting during photography
Device display settings
Printing quality of catalogs or cards
All product details are provided on our website, and customers are encouraged to review them before purchasing.
In the event of a technical pricing error during checkout, ZA Clothes will honor the original listed price and inform the customer before dispatch.
