ZA Clothes does not offer returns on any products. However, exchanges are available under the following conditions:
An exchange request is made within 5 days of receiving the order.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product(s) received are different from the original order.
Something is missing from the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.

Our team will review the claim and contact you within 24 hours. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement of the same value mentioned on the invoice. The replacement will be shipped with the customer’s next order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to exchanges.
Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be accepted for exchange.
ZA Clothes uses M&P, Trax, Ahl, BlueEx, and Swft Logistics for order deliveries.
❌ Customers are not allowed to open parcels before payment. If a parcel is opened without informing ZA Clothes at the time of delivery, the customer will still be responsible for full payment.
ZA Clothes does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee.
Customers paying via Credit/Debit Card may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Instead of a refund, a coupon of the same value will be issued, valid for 20 days.
ZA Clothes may cancel an order for reasons such as:
Item out of stock
Pricing errors
Credit/Debit Card payment declined
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with third parties.
ZA Clothes makes every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to:
Extra embellishments used during photo shoots
Lighting during photography
Device display settings
Printing quality of catalogs/inlay cards
Product details are clearly mentioned on the website, and customers are encouraged to review them before placing an order.
If a technical error causes a price change during checkout, ZA Clothes will send the package at the original listed price and notify the customer.
